Sinfonia di Rosso by Cantina Alessandro Viola is a wine crafted from Nerello Mascalese grapes. It undergoes maceration on the skins in steel tanks throughout the entire spontaneous fermentation process, and is then aged in 500-liter exhausted chestnut barrels for a period of 7 months.
