You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing your order you have represented to The Wine Hut NYC that you are at least 21. All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult's (at least 21 years of age) signature upon delivery.
Due to restrictive regulations, we cannot accept orders for shipment to the following locations:
Alaska, Arkansas, Alabama, Hawaii, Mississippi, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont.
*Processing and transit times vary depending on the destination state. Even though most orders ship within 2 business days, please allow us up to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
