This Greek red wine undergoes aging in 5-year-old Greek oak barrels for 6 months prior to bottling. It exhibits flavors of crunchy dried cranberry and red currant, accompanied by an earthy minerality on the palate. The wine is highly acidic yet remains very balanced.
