The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested in mid-October and transported to the winery in perforated baskets to ensure they remain intact. The vineyard yields about 100 quintals of grapes per hectare. Fermentation is conducted in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28°C. During this 12-15 day period, the mixture undergoes frequent daily pump-overs to enhance flavor extraction. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in wooden barrels of 20-25 hl capacity for a span of 6 months.
Appearance: A radiant red, accented with garnet hues.
Aroma: The bouquet is intoxicating and distinctly classic, exuding freshness with a slightly tannic undertone, characteristic of the Nebbiolo varietal.
Palate: The taste is all-encompassing and robust, with wooden undertones amplifying its inherent qualities.
