This wine is a roughly equal blend of Catarratto and Pignatello grapes, which are left to macerate on their skins for seven months in terracotta amphorae buried in the vineyard. After this unique aging process, the wine is bottled without any additions. In the glass, it displays a beautiful cherry hue and effortlessly glides across the palate.
