Lammidia - "Rosh" Abruzzo Vino Rosso 2021 (750ml)

Rosh is a wine crafted in the classic Abruzzo style, predominantly using red Montepulciano grapes blended with a minor proportion of white Trebbiano grapes, enhancing its crispness and superb drinkability.

It undergoes semi-carbonic fermentation, achieved by manually crushing whole grapes with feet directly into the cement vat. This is followed by a week of submerged cap fermentation, then pressing and aging initially in cement, subsequently in steel and fiberglass containers. Flavor profile: It boasts notes of ripe cherries and dark fruits, with invigorating acidity, medium to low tannins. Exceptionally juicy yet maintains a dignified complexity.
