The Marigny - "Drink This Wine with Molly Baz" Oregon Skin Contact Wine 2022 (750ml)

Varietals and their Characteristics:

• Riesling brings notes of pineapple, apricot, and green apples.
• Pinot Gris adds flavors of grapefruit, blood orange, and Earl Grey.
• Sauvignon Blanc contributes tastes of papaya, passionfruit, and cantaloupe.

Production Method: This wine is crafted with 75% Riesling, which is destemmed and undergoes traditional maceration, including daily pumping over the skins. It also includes 15% semi-carbonic Pinot Gris and 10% Sauvignon Blanc to complete the blend. The fermentation process is natural, using ambient yeasts, in a mix of stainless steel and neutral barrels. The final blend is then combined in a tank with a small addition of SO2 before bottling.
