Fernando Paiva from Quinta Da Palmirinha was a trailblazer for biodynamic practices in Portugal. He innovated by using chestnut blossoms during the bottling process as a natural alternative to sulfur for stabilizing wine. Made exclusively from Loureiro grapes in Vinho Verde, this wine features the aroma of white flowers, coupled with vibrant acidity and a hint of lemon zest on the palate. It's highly mineral, light, and invigorating, making it an excellent match for seafood dishes.
