    Nigori sake, known for its 'cloudy' appearance, is designed to evoke the experience of tasting sake directly from the brewing tank. It exhibits a creamy, marbled color and offers aromas of honey and macadamia nut. The flavor profile is slightly sweet and medium-full in body, culminating in a finish that blends pear and citrus notes. This style of sake maintains some rice particles in the liquid, adding texture and a pleasant sweetness. Made with locally grown Nagano rice milled to 70%, it pairs exceptionally well with richer or spicier dishes, such as Sichuan cuisine, Thai red curry, Kung Pao Chicken, or even barbecue.
