Azimut - “ Brisat Orange” Penedes Skin Contact Wine 2023 (750ml)

Natural fermentation with the grapes’ own yeasts, 5 days on skins and then 3 months in underground concrete tanks. No filtration, fining or additives, just a bit of sulfur at bottling (max 30ppm).

Personality: as Assís, the winemaker describes, this is all “texture, spices, fruit, laughter, hanging out”. Fun, easy-going light orange for all sorts of occasions!
