Eloi C. Perelló second wine made in Lanzarote, in collaboration together with Bodega Puro Rofe. A white wine made with grapes from the Tilama area with a marked acidity profile. A Volcanic Malvasia, Vineyards planted in traditional "Taro" pits. Spontaneous fermentation, without filtering or clarifying and without added sulfur.
