Fonte Raviliano - "De Angelis Corvi" Montepulciano D'Abruzzo 2020 (750ml)

This agricultural estate encompasses 8 hectares of vineyards, employing a spurred cordon training system. Each hectare contains 5000 vines, all oriented towards the south and southwest, situated at an elevation of 250 meters. The winery proudly holds an organic certification and is transitioning towards biodynamic farming practices.

Corrado adopts an approach of harvesting slightly earlier than usual, aiming to amplify the aromatic characteristics of the Trebbiano grapes. This technique also ensures that the Montepulciano grapes maintain their freshness and a lively acidic structure.

The wine undergoes natural fermentation using native yeasts and is aged for one year in stainless steel containers. De Angelis Corvi's wines are characterized by their depth and robustness, yet they retain a remarkable brightness and purity.
